Ovniplast offers a wide variety of plastic solutions for all types of products. However, we are frequently approached with special developments that require modifying our production processes to meet the needs of the requesting company.

In these cases, our R&D Department works to find the right solution for the new product, ensuring the customer achieves what they were looking for.

This process consists of six steps:

Diagnosis: to analyze and confirm that the order can be fulfilled by our company.
Design: to be subsequently corroborated with the customer, according to their request.
Study: our engineers complete the analysis, which will determine whether the product meets all customer and market requirements (strength, size, material, weight, etc.), creating 3D prototypes and renderings.
Mold: Once the pre-production phase is underway, our team develops a mold that will later be used for production.
Pilot test: We produce a small sample of the product so the client can confirm that it’s truly what they were looking for.
Process adjustments and finalization: If necessary, modifications are made. Once these are completed, the process moves into mass production.
